• As a young couple, my wife and I were pretty green to the whole real-estate business, and began our first home-buying venture with a good bit of wariness. Fortunately, our apprehension quickly passed when we met Barbara Baker at the very first house on our list…we just knew we had already found the right real-estate agent to educate and guide us through the process. Throughout the following months of numerous house visits, Barb always demonstrated great savvy and expertise, never hesitating to answer our questions knowingly and address our concerns with forthright honesty.

  When we did decide on a house, Barb and her team were exceptionally diligent and persistent (and most importantly, effective!) in representing our best interests to the sellers and lenders. It was obvious that she cared very deeply about us and our situation, both as our real-estate agent and as a friend.

• We love the new place, started moving stuff in already. But really, you made this whole process a lot better. Buying a home can be an intimidating experience. Having you as our agent, however, I felt completely comfortable from the beginning and that continued until the day you handed us the keys! You were there for us as an agent, but if felt like you were there as a good friend with honest knowledgeable advice, that's what I think I valued the most. I really appreciate the knowledge and insight you were able to provide us with. You were always available and accommodating, which proved very helpful during the times Matt was required to be out of town throughout the home purchasing process. If the time ever comes to buy or sell again, I can trust that with you We will be in great hands! We'll have to have you over for dinner sometime, it would truly be our honor.
