About Upper St. Clair

A charming mixture of old and new, Upper St. Clair’s winding, tree-lined streets and historic buildings reflect its Pennsylvania heritage. It’s located just 10 miles southwest of Pittsburgh that
is primarily a bedroom community with no need for commercial areas, apartment buildings or stoplights. Residents gather at various parks, country clubs and neighboring communities.
The original landholders numbered 35 or 40. Farms ranged in size from 175 to 450 acres.
Today USC is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and an excellent place to raise children.
Complimenting its rich heritage, USC’s residents are highly educated, politically aware and
